The best day of my life

The day of our team won the championship was the best day of my life. When I was a junior high school student, I belonged to the softball club. The last game, our team won the championship for Kumamoto prefecture.

Our team was very weak at first. Our team’s manager was so strict, but his teaching was easy to understand. We practiced so hard every day, and we had no holidays all month. Only Obon and New Year’s Day were holidays, so we couldn’t even rest on Saturday, and Sunday every week. But every day was fun, because I found that my team was getting stronger and stronger.

The team which we played for the semifinal was a very strong team. When we fought them for the first time, we lost the game by great difference. We cried in vexation and I still remember that I felt chagrin at the time. We had never forgotten the game for a year, and the memory made our team strong. When we were scheduled to play the team for the semifinal, we were glad and swore to win. The game was close, but we had never gave up. As a result, we won and avenged our loss to them in last year’s game.

After the game we played in the finals, and we won the championship. When we fought for semifinal, I was nervous and enjoyed our victory better than the finals. But when I had a pennant for the first time, I was so glad and thought that to make an effort was a very very important thing, and I deeply appreciated my teammates, family, coaches and manager.

Now I don’t return those days, but they were very important memories for me. The members of my team still are getting along well. When we get together, we always talk about the memory of the game. The day’s memory is my treasure.

My favorite Movie

My favorite movie are "Always santyome no yuhi" series. This movie tell us the good old days Japan. This movie's premise is thirty three year of Showa. My father was born in thirty one year of Showa, so the premise was my father's childhood's Japan. I could know that the time of my father passed through this movie. every time i watched it, I think that Japanese in the old days were a close bond between them. Neighboring people were usually friends, and they got along well. For example if one of person had a color TV, the others gathered the person's house. And they watched together. This movie told me the ties that bind parent and child together, bonds of friendship and family ties were very important for everyone whenever.

When I was born, color TVs and refrigerator, Tokyo tower exist in our life. To exist was natural things. But this story was postwar Japan, so there were not. They saw  evrything for the first time, they were impressed and pleased. And they was bubbling with expectation to be completed the Tokyo tower. I think that their life had a lot of moving thing more than current life.

The past days made current life. We must not forget the past days.
